Ralph O'Donnell is currently the Chief of Police for the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa. He began his career in September of 1976, and has worked every division or special assignment except the traffic division while employed by the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
He is also a part time adjunct professor at Iowa Western Community College. He also serves on many boards as well as membership in local civic groups.
He has two children both who living the area. He and his wife Ruth enjoy spending time with their four grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and hunting when he is not mowing the lawn.
